很乾淨的房子,但不知道為什麼房間衣櫥.地板總有蟑螂出沒,明明沒有煮東西,雙人房房間內的衛浴有很重的下水道的味道,社區的警衛每次要進社區都要問很久,一度還要求我們把護照COPY給他?還要自己去便利商店COPY,黑人問號?晚上12點多回社區,跟警衛搞了半小時才願意放行??如果社區不同意BNB,是不是一開始就要禁止住戶出租房源?總而言之,警衛事情特別多,問很多又問很久,感覺是此房源的一大敗筆!

Our stay was homely, flexible and relaxed! Altho we have encountered small cockroaches in the bathroom, this didn’t worry us at all. We have flagged this with the team and they were apologetic about this. I know they will make a way to ensure this doesnt happen to future guests. The team of Casa Pilipino has always been helpful and very quick to respond. I look forward to coming back to their airbnb again if given a chance. Thanks so much.

Jessica Kristel and Melinda were very accommodating! We booked this place last minute but they still confirmed the booking and responded even if I was messaging at 1am. Place is very aesthetic and smelled really good. It seems that the place was newly renovated. It is also located in the first floor of the building. Check-in was very flexible we just needed the key card and to type in the pin. Parking: We forgot to inform them that we were bringing vehicles so we had an encounter with the guards but for future reference please do inform them of your vehicles so that you can rent the other unit owners slot or avail the paid parking. After check-out we were informed that there was a clogged toilet so we had to pay extra P1,000 since we were the last users. Make sure to check everything when the room is turned over for added accountability. They had card games in the room which was fun! Suggestion: Hope there would be free drinking water. Overall, great place!

This is one of my favorites, the house is so clean, the beddings, the towels, utensils are also so clean. Ang ganda ng interior, yayamanin mga gmit, and hnd nkkdiri gmitin specialy the utensils. 👍👍👍 yung area din is so peaceful and secured. May mini market dn sa loob ng area, sayang lang kse bawal lang magluto, pero meron nman clang microwave, and there are also nearby restaurants and grocery stores. So okay lang nman. We’ll definitely book this place again. ☺️

The unit was super clean and smell good, my kids super enjoy, the wifi is fast and parking.Super highly recommend this place.i am also thankful for maam melinda and maam pilar for assisting us everything, super friendly and responsive host. we will definitely book them again soon!❤️
