Hi Julius! We cannot say enough great things about our stay. From ease of entry, to space and how cozy the whole place is. It had all the excellent amenities of a hotel such as built in hair dryer, coffee maker, washer dryer etc. The added amenities of the fire pit, large fridge, stove and beautiful pans, cozy rooms, lovely shower and spa! Just perfect. If we ever come back to Rochester we hope your space is available again. Extra mentions: Cozy beds, great design, clear instructions everywhere, accessible vacuum, large trash receptacle, and ZERO CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS! Finally! A host that gets its a vacation and did not have any clean up instructions for us. We tried to leave it extra clean because of this. Can’t wait to stay with you again. Because we weren’t sure I will mention here, that the spa can be used by all adults for one $36 payment, as long as the waiver is signed. What a bonus!! Thank you so much. You made our trip. The eclipse was cool too :)

Julius’ house was the perfect landing spot for my weekend visit to see my college student. The house was impeccable, comfortable & in a quiet neighborhood!

Has a nice stay 4-night stay at Julius's place. It was just my wife and I so plenty of space. It's a smaller house but for us it was perfect. It was a working vacation and there was a desk in each of the bedrooms which worked out great. WiFi was also very good. We enjoyed the 75" TV and the electric fireplace in the living room provided nice ambiance. It has a very modern and luxury hotel feel. I didn't have a chance to try out the sauna and spa room but hope to on a future trip!
