The apartment, located on the second floor of a building accessible by stairs, has been recently renovated combining the elegant ceilings and floors with the original cement tiles with geometric lines, with modern and functional furniture with a minimal style. The entrance opens onto a hallway furnished with an armchair, a vintage radio and a console, which leads to the different environments: the living area boasts a single open space furnished with a sofa, a Tv, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The sleeping area features two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a balcony on Via Magione, and one with a French bed. Two bathrooms with a shower complete the layout.
