New studio, very well decorated and equipped, with all the necessary amenities for your stay. Fully automated, comfortable, cozy. The building is modern with an excellent leisure infrastructure: swimming pool, gym, ballroom with bar, coworking, laundry and bike rack. It has a green view of the square, the street is quiet and easily accessible. It is located between the neighborhoods of Moema, Brooklin and Vila Olimpia, 5 minutes from Shopping Ibirapuera and 15 from Congonhas Airport. The space has a cooking tower with oven, microwave and dishwasher, minibar, induction cooktop, ceramic pots, utensils, crystal glasses and bowls, porcelain plates, cutlery, fondue set. We offer appliances such as: blender, mixer, food processor, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, steam iron, Oled TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains, soft and comfortable bed and bath linen, a super king bed and an Alexa so you can enjoy good music.

Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos recebidos com uma hospitalidade calorosa que fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem a São Paulo. O apartamento é impecável: moderno, bem decorado e extremamente funcional. A integração com Alexa foi um toque especial que elevou nossa experiência, permitindo controlar iluminação, temperatura e acessar informações úteis com comandos de voz. Silvana se destacou por sua atenção aos detalhes e pelo carinho com que nos tratou. Sempre disponível, garantiu que nossa estadia fosse perfeita, respondendo prontamente a todas as perguntas e solicitações. A localização do apartamento é excelente, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos e comerciais de São Paulo. This air bnb is AMAZING! so much better than the pictures and so luxurious. We loved staying in this safe and beautiful building! Rooftop pool is really nice too. Hosts are so helpful and gave us lots of advice on how to get to our next destination which I really appreciated - thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Campo Belo is a district located in the southern region of the city of São Paulo. The neighborhood is of a high standard, neighboring renowned neighborhoods in the city such as Itaim Bibi, Vila Olimpia and Moema, and is also neighboring other neighborhoods that are undergoing great development. It stands out in terms of urban mobility as it is close to Congonhas Airport and offers two subway stations on the Lilac Line: Campo Belo and Eucaliptos.

It is close to Congonhas Airport and has two subway stations on the Lilac Line: Campo Belo and Eucaliptos. Parking is allowed on the street, some places use the Zona Azul APP.
