The apartment has a good living space and kitchen and the host was very responsive. But unfortunately the apartment is let down by beds that aren’t particularly comfortable, and being a but old with a need for some repairs. The quality of the property does not match the price.

This apartment is in a fairly tired building but the elevator works and the security is fine. Good points : The apartment is spacious , mostly clean, well equipped and the host company is very responsive. Bad points: The mattresses are really bad- need to be replaced . The duvets are too small for the beds and are of poor quality . The apartment needs some TLC - the blinds in the main bedroom were broken when we arrived . The host company sent a handyman to attend to them but they ended up being worse than before -were still not sorted when we left after a 10 day stay . Main shower drain was blocked and nothing was done to fix it in spite of my pointing this out. I would say that the owner of the unit needs to know that there are issues that the host company is not attending to . If it were my apartment I would like to be aware of the shortcomings and do something to improve the problems because the space has the ability to be a far nicer rental with some personal attention .
