The villa that we stayed in was amazing with a million dollar view. It was clean and ready for us to enjoy. But what I am most thankful for was our host, Alvaro Gutierrez. I was unable to use my WiFi and got lost upon arrival. Alvaro walked us through all the landmarks to find Puerto Adventuros and met us at the gate. Any questions or concerns he immediately addressed, no matter what time of day or night. I would highly recommend this group and Alvaro to anyone who is at all nervous to travel to this area. Puerto Adventuros was so secure and was a gated community!

We LOVED our stay! The home and its amenities were perfect for our extended family of seven people, and everyone felt very comfortable. The views from the kitchen/living space were amazing, as they were from the bedrooms too. The house cleanliness was wonderful, and the air conditioning creating a wonderful temp inside (while hot outside). The walkable distances to the restaurants of Puerto Aventuras was great, as was the sense of privacy when relaxing by our pool. Host communication was great, and we'd LOVE to stay again.

The house is oceanfront with unobstructed views of beautiful sunrises. The infinity pool and fully retractable glass wall make them even more dramatic. The house itself is spacious with clean contemporary look. Solid and functional furniture. A/C all around. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean house, including linens, towels kitchen ware, etc. Plenty of things to do in Puerto Aventuras (a gated secure resort), all walkable attractions. There is a marina for deep sea fishing and fresh fish off the boats, dolphinarium, local restaurants and shops, golf course. Alvaro, our point of contact was very responsive, helpful, proactive, and respectful. We loved the experience and would highly recommend this property. We wish the local taxes added to the rental rates were more reasonable to allow for a longer stay.
