Surrounded by a golf course and a forest, Le Swing is a peaceful vacation spot, conducive to sport and relaxation. Brand new, well laid out (mezzanine) and well equipped, it offers a view of the horses, an old apple tree and its garden. Easy to access (A26- RN42), it is 1.5km from a shopping centre. With its warm atmosphere, its quality golf course and its many surrounding activities, it offers an ideal setting for a successful holiday with family or friends. The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a large fully equipped kitchen, ovens, fridge, freezer, blender, raclette machine ..., WC and a master bedroom with its double bed and shower room. Upstairs with mezzanine is the living room, the TV corner, a bedroom with 4 single beds and a desk and another shower room.

Excellent séjour, environnement très paisible, logement de qualité, une déco magnifique, un emplacement superbe tout est somptueux, proximité du golf, endroit merveilleux, campagne, forêt, en pleine nature, la présence de chevaux aux abords du logement a été très apprécié par notre fille. Un moment très agréable de passé. Annonce digne d’une super Hostes ! Recommande à 1000 %

De locatie was prachtig! Het huisje is zorgvuldig ingericht en voorzien van alles wat nodig is, een mooie tuin, vriendelijke hosts. Aanrader!

Très beau gîte, tout neuf avec tout ce qu’il faut! La localisation est très paisible et le gîte est bien situé. Elodie est une hote fort agréable, réactive, elle nous a très bien accueillie. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons fortement!

The farm is located in a cul-de-sac with Le Golf de l'Aa as its only neighbour. the cottages are surrounded by pastures welcoming the owners' horses. It is possible to rent paddocks and come with your own horses. This exceptional biotope will allow you to rub shoulders with tits, swallows, wagtails, goldfinches, finches, nuthatches, green woodpeckers, to name but a few.
1.5 km away you have a commercial area with bakery, decoration and clothing stores, gamm vert, Leclerc hypermarket, Drive, press, café, charging stations, gas pump
