Apartamento bom e confortável. Porem o estacionamento é rotativo com um dos moradores do residencial, e foi difícil a comunicação com o morador quanto a vaga do estacionamento. Chaveiro da suíte não está funcionando corretamente. Mas de resto está tudo ok, recomendo.

My experience at carlos Airbnb was exceptional! The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. The host was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay, providing helpful tips about the area and promptly responding to any queries. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and public transportation. I highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to come back!

Ultimately we had no major issues and enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very nice with the elevator taking you right to the apartment, penthouse style. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths made it nice for the 3 of us girls. The full kitchen made tea and fruit in the morning convenient. We had all we needed and xtra blankets as it was a bit chilly. The hot water was an issue for the first day and a half but Carlos remedied it as soon as we told him. The key situation was a bit of a pain as there was only one set. And you have to use the keys to get OUT of the apartment which made it tricky for us when we were making separate plans to go out alone. We had to coordinate times or someone would be locked in or out. The neighborhood felt very safe and was less than a mile from plaza de armas(very walkable). There seemed to be a constant of noise from neighborhood dogs and others moving about the building. We were tired enough that it wasn’t much of a bother but noticeable. comfortable otherwise.
