Gostei muito! Localização perfeito! O quarto bem confortável! Depois de alguns ajustes! Tipo frigobar! E café da manhã! Precisa colocar um microondas no quarto pra facilitar! Já que não tem mais acesso a cozinha! Mas em fim me organizei e tomei café no quarto! Já que tinha uma cafeteira é cápsulas de café! E foi oferecido croasan

El señor Alfonso es una persona maravillosa. Siempre fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Su apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de los sitios emblemáticos de Roma y de la estación central donde puedes abordar tren, metro y buses hacia los aeropuertos. Además la habitación es muy limpia, ya que la asea todos los días. Si crees que las ciudades se conocen caminando, desde el apartamento del señor Alfonso podrás recorrer todo el centro histórico de Roma, incluyendo el Vaticano. Sin duda, cuando regresemos a Roma volveremos a hospedarnos con el señor Alfonso.

Location is as described, easy walk to Termini & nearby Tube station altho it gets real dark at night. You can walk to the Colosseum easily & there are restaurants just below the building. There are some stairs to the lift which is Italian size i.e. for 3 people only, so do mind if you have big luggage. Place is super clean - there are blackout curtains, aircon + heater, ample towels & a cupboard. Bathroom is big & has a bidet - the hot water takes some adjusting. The host does not speak English so our check-in was coordinated by Giorgio, who was very helpful & accommodating. We didn't highlight this to Giorgio but the description says use of kitchen & coffee is provided but when we used the kitchen with our own capsules for the coffee maker, the host told us the kitchen is out of bounds. No biggie since we were only there for 2 days but would be helpful to know earlier.

Chez Alfonso & Edoardo, nous avons trouvé une chambre spatieuse d'une propreté irréprochable (lit refait tous les jours, trois serviettes de toilette par personne changées tous les jours) et une salle de bain parfaitement équipée et très propre (bien que le pommeau de douche mériterait d'être changé). Le petit déjeuner, consistant en une viennoiserie et une boisson chaude, est servi au bar Manzoni juste en face par deux serveurs extrêmement aimables et souriants. Sept jours durant, nous l'avons pris en terrasse avec les habitués (aucun touriste). Seule réserve, la rue d'à côté plutôt bruyante et, la relative distance du centre historique (mais le métro Manzoni est à 5 minutes à pied). Endroit idéal pour le retour vers l'aéroport, la gare de Termini est à dix minutes à pied. Le trajet gare-aéroport peut être réservé sur internet au prix de 5,80 euros par personne (Bus Terravision, octobre 2019). Bref, un excellent séjour d'une semaine complète, qui ne nous a pas fait regretter notre choix.

We had a nice stay here, with an easy check-in. Everything was very clean and cleaning was done every day, from making the bed to folding our clothes. We had some issues with hot water in the shower, but the host said he will look at it. It can be noisy at night in this area, but overall we had a good experience here.
