Our stay was marred but the terrible access road!! It was gravel and full of deep Pot holes! Not good for our prestige cars and our guests!!! Cars had to carefully navigate the gravel and every time nearly got stuck, spinning tyres in the gravel to move!! Not at all good for the tyres and paint work!!! Very disappointing and stressful! The house was perfect for our family gathering, light and sun drenched with adequate heating on the crisp mornings and evenings. It was well appointed for family living, and a great design for privacy. Thanks also for the coffee machine and coffee pods, greatly appreciated. We will not be booking this house again until the driveway and access road is sealed to avoid car damage in the future.

Great house that successfully catered for our large family of varying ages.
Beautiful airy light filled house! Holliday feel as soon as you walk in. Had everything we needed for our extended family getaway and a secured back yard for our dog. Beaches are a 10 min walk away, but no dogs allowed as it’s part of the National park. There is a general store nearby and shops only a few minutes drive away. Very good location, highly recommend this house!

Blairgowrie is a delightful coastal town on the Mornington Peninsula, nestled between Rye and Sorrento. A favourite amongst holidaymakers looking for a more relaxed option than the hustle of neighbouring destinations like Portsea and Sorrento, Blairgowrie has a small but prominent commercial hub of trendy cafes, gift shops and a boutique supermarket, all of which are popular amongst locals and visitors alike. Hosting some of the Mornington Peninsula’s best beaches, Blairgowrie is positioned facing Port Phillip Bay in the north and Bass Strait in the south. Calm and safe sandy beaches front onto Port Phillip which are popular with families, and on the opposite side a number of the top ocean beaches in the state of Victoria can be found, featuring striking cliff and sand dune walking trails, and is where little coves, reefs and the stunning Mornington Peninsula National Park meets the blue waters of the Southern Ocean.
