Nice place but really hard to get into. When we got to the building, we were faced with multiple doors and multiple keypads, and we had no idea what we were supposed to do. After about half an hour of inputting the provided password and not getting anywhere and walking around the building trying the same with multiple doors, we gave up and called customer service. We eventually got in, and once we did, everything was fine. The flat is clean, spacious, warm and well appointed. The instructions to the enter the place need to be better.

The room was great, clean, and exactly what we needed. However, the instructions for the busses were so unclear. We were unable to find the bus from the airport to the Airbnb because the airport had construction and so many things were not included in the directions. We had to pay for a taxi. And the instructions for where the bus stop is to get BACK to the airport we’re SO unclear!!! No mention of it being right on the busy road. It just made it seem like we were supposed to stand in the parking lot of the neighboring hotel which made us miss so many and be late
