Resort was great but the unit that was pictured in this listing was not what was given to me. The pictures unit was a corner unit in the south (more desirable) building with east facing balcony. I was given a non-corner unit in north (less desirable) building with south facing balcony. Pictures should match the actual room given.

The resort location is great. The rooftop pool is awesome. The problem was in the listing description. We were to have a room with “Sweeping ocean view from your private balcony”. We DIDT! View of restaurant across the street and ocean on the other side of the resort. Master bedroom was also to have water view and we had a building. The front desk manager told me the list pictures were “stock” pictures. The manager told me there was nothing he could do. The listing wasn’t even close to what we got. It was extremely disappointing to expect and book an ocean view and get a building view. If you book with Costa, make sure you get what you expect and pay for! This was a total Switch/Bait!
