Welcome to this charming and unique country cottage with your own private pond and garden area. Harvest your own fruit on site while in season. Fresh apples, pears, blueberries, blackberries and seasonal items. We are located on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and in close proximity to breweries, distilleries, and vineyards. We are close to Keuka Lake and all that it has to offer (swimming, boating, fishing). Come feel the country vibe on 5 private acres with all the local flora and fauna. The home consists of a main bedroom with king bed off the living room, bathroom, kitchen, 2nd bedroom is a loft accessed by stairs with a queen bed. There is an enclosed porch and laundry facilities in the bathroom. The couch in the living room folds out to sleep 1 person.

Perfect location for us, we were there to watch our son play baseball at the college and it was right down the road. Our dogs loved the backyard as did we. Its a little confusing finding the house. The mailbox is on the main road with the address, the house is a little bit down a side road. But once we figured that out it was great, couldn’t have been happier. Thank you!!

Very comfortable cottage as described. Nice living space but furniture could be updated. Screened in porch with view of pond was lovely. Kitchen was well-stocked. Location was convenient to Keuka and Seneca Lakes and surrounding area. Wonderful long weekend and we hope to come back!

Our property is located on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. We are tucked in between vineyards and in close proximity to Penn Yan Village. We are also only 35 minutes from Watkins Glen Park.
