Located in Arlington area of Jax. Quiet neighborhood and spacious home with multiple beds in each of the 5 rooms to accommodate multi family vacation. Having a heated pools for the kids’ evening swimming and plenty of towels for bathroom and swimming use were a bonus. The house is a bit dated in some area (bathroom in hall and kitchen area) and too many decor (which is tricky with little kids around). The house could use an info book what to expect for check in and out. Overall, comfortable home to use for a big family reunion.

Elvira was very sweet and responded quickly when I text and called. We were in Jacksonville for a family wedding. My grandchildren loved the pool and looking for geckos. The inside of the house was perfect for our large family. We loved the spacious kitchen and prepared several meals during our stay.

Our stay was at 7/10. The house is definitely as advertised 9/10. We had some concerns about the location, some needed renovations (peep hole, sliding door, and other miscellaneous things), cleanliness causing a flair up of my daughter’s allergies and the pool upkeep. Our children suffered minor injuries from broken tiles, debris in the pool and the steep step down to the pool area. Also, there was tons of trash and other debris on the side of the house. I informed Elvira of my concerns listed above, but she showed no compassion. It was definitely pricey for a two day stay in its location and condition. Despite the concerns above, the house served the purpose for our two day stay before our cruise to the Bahamas for our large group of 14.

The house was centrally located. Plenty to do and see. We enjoyed our days out and returned to the heated pool in the screened porch. Newer appliances that worked well. Plenty of seating for everyone. Never ran out of hot water while showering. Cons: Twin beds are not ideal for adults. Could use additional towel bars. I would recommend this house to others

My family stay, at this location was awesome. We injoyed the peacefulness and the space, however there was no hot water in the master bedroom bath double vanity sinks. And the room one ceiling fan makes a horrible noise when on, but overall this was very nice location.
