Very spacious and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great walkable neighborhood with an excellent park close by. Private patio was a great bonus, and being close to the Cherry Creek trails system was excellent for walking our dog. Highly recommend this place - hosts were great with communication and very accommodating during our stay.

Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in the area. Paul and Alisa’s place is very spacious, clean and well decorated/stocked with everything you might need for a short or longer stay. Communication was seamless! Paul was very responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The private entrance to the unit a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Having access to the backyard and basketball court was another great thing our kid enjoyed. From the clear check-in instructions to the handy welcome provisions, everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay delightful. You’ve truly set the bar high for Airbnb hosts!

This place was a great stay. It’s very warm and homey. Loved the patio area. I would definitely stay here again. You might bring a sound machine if you have an early bedtime or are an early riser, as you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Nonetheless, a very great place to stay!
