We had a lovely stay at Tulip Tree Cottage. It was nice to be able to walk into town and get to the Historic Gardens. It was definitely comfy and cozy. Thanks so much for all the little goodies and additions of a toaster and kettle.

We were greeted by our host and taken into the cottage where we were given an overview of our room and amenities. She pointed out points of interest and recommendations of places to eat. There were so many thoughtful things; from ice cream sandwiches as a treat, a chocolate bar from a local business and milk to have with our coffee in the morning. It was apparent that all the little touches were to make us feel at home. The decorating was delightful and it was obvious that our host put so much thought and effort into making such a beautiful place to stay. The grounds were beautiful as well. It was truly a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. She was a lovely hostess - friendly, helpful and very responsive. She went above and beyond by providing us with snacks and sweets, not to mention a basket of toiletries in the case that we had forgotten something on our travels. The cottage has a very comfortable bed, fantasic shower and everything you need for a short stay. It's also perfectly located to walk into Annapolis Royal and enjoy the bars and restaurants in the town center.

We had a great weekend at the Tulip Tree cottage. Everything was exactly as described but it was all the little extras that made the stay so special!! Maggie met us when we pulled into the driveway and showed us around the Airbnb. She was present and helpful without being overbearing - a perfect host! We’ll definitely be back.
