This was the perfect place to spend a surprise birthday weekend for a friend who is a massive Hobbit + LOTR fan. The space is cozy, clean, and luxurious (especially the bathroom!) It was the ideal spot to marathon the extended editions (and our host having all the blue rays provided was a huge bonus!) The property was also so charming with a babbling brook, croaking frogs, and a great landscape for photos! This place was clearly designed with love for its source material and it shows. Our host was also friendly, easy to communicate with, and flexible. Thank you for the wonderful stay and for creating this unique experience!

This place is absolutely magical. It has been a dream of mine to stay in a hobbit house and this was better than I could have imagined. LOVE all the little details they put in!

Roy's Airbnb is one of the best we've ever stayed in and Roy was an incredible host!The home was luxurious and spotless, and perhaps needless to say, magical. The kids got a kick out of all the details in The Hobbit Inn as well as the babbling brook outside and the tree swings. We enjoyed the comfortable king bed and spa bath. The location is great for visiting Silver Falls State Park and wine country. I would recommend to anyone looking for a unique stay, especially with children who have big imaginations!

beautifully crafted thematic stay., excellent bed and comfortable space. I expected no kitchen, but to discover the only drinking vessels were mugs and, when requested, glasses were refused, I found difficult. No extra pillows, which was uncomfortable for me. The instruction that communication be solely by text seemed odd as Roy was actually in the house and could, al Almost certainly, have resolved any issues instantly. As a believer that communication is essential, it left me less than thrilled that he chose not to interact.
