AC in each room besides the main kitchen/living area. Which due to open concept/villa there was windows that had no cover hence misquotes and crawlers. It was a beautiful space but we weren’t able to use it as expected. Didn’t get to use the karaoke room since you had to pay for it. Which was misleading and one of the main reason we booked. Overall host was easy to contact and helpful. Had some minor issues and host was able to fix right away.

It was our first time visiting Da Nang and Minh's place was in an easy to find up and coming area that is close to local restaurants and a few minutes away from the center of Da Nang. Minh was extremely responsive and kind. The space was spacious and just as described. It was filled with amenities and the temperature was comfortable. It's great for big group and the beds were very comfortable. The 7 bathrooms is definitely a plus. It's a 4 story Villa, however, it has a good size elevator inside the house, it makes going up and down relatively easy. If we ever get a chance to visit Da Nang again, we will look into staying at Minh's place.

What an amazing stay! The pictures don’t do the place justice. The house is spacious and the karaoke room was an added bonus. The location is great with groceries and fantastic restaurants within walking distance but still in a quiet area. Minh was a great host and extremely responsive during our stay. He was so helpful scheduling rides! Would highly recommend staying when in Da Nang
