Great little cottage overlooking the Loyalhanna Creek, with a beautiful big oak tree over the large back deck. Thoughtfully decorated, with everything labeled and lots of helpful instructions. The gas fireplace next to the corner window looking out onto the creek was lovely on chilly evenings. Doug and Betty are extremely responsive, helpful hosts! Great property and experience.

The cottage was 100% what we expected! Spotless, filled with light and beautiful views of the river and forest, I will not hesitate to recommend it to friends! We really enjoyed the cosy fireplace and the comfy chairs. The kitchen is really nicely done and the bedroom very comfy. Spotless towels and sheets, absolutely nothing negative to say about this place! Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage:)

This place was by far the best airbnb I have ever seen. It is very clean, cozy and inviting. As soon as you get inside you feel at home and welcomed. I loved the welcome note on a beautiful card with flowers that came with different snacks and a gift card. I cooked most of the time I was here because the kitchen was so inviting and motivating to make your own meal. They provide everything you need and beyond. They provided different types of coffee, fruits, eggs, milk, soft drinks, wine etc... It definitely feels like you are at home. The bed was very comfortable with spotless bedsheets and comfy pillows. I liked that everything has instructions of how to use it. The area feels very safe, calm and peaceful, I will be going at this place any time I want to clear my mind. There are many restaurants around and a lot to do around. Thanks a lot Doug and Betty for your great hospitality and responsiveness! I highly recommend this place!!

If you are looking for a cozy place to stay in Ligonier PA, pick this place. Doug and Betty go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. Everything was perfect! We could certainly tell that these hosts enjoy what they do and aren't just out to make money. They have thought of everything. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the creek and watching the wildlife. I highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure!
