After 300+ satisfied guests via an estate agent this is the first time we advertise this apartment directly. Check out the reviews board!! This flat is in the wonderful Alghero City Centre. There is free on street parking, very close facilities and supermarkets, beach and Old Town at a few minutes walking distance. There is a double bedroom, a lounge with a sofa-bed and the possibility to add a cradle or an inflatable mattress. EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR A BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED. Enjoy your stay. The apartment is full of light. There is a master bedroom, an open plan living and cooking area with all the essentials to relax and enjoy your stay. The apartment is on the second floor with a lift to ensure you can enjoy your holiday. There is a small balcony with a coffee table and chairs to lay down in summer. Air conditioning is available in the every room. In the morning the only sounds is that of seagulls or the warm summer wind.

Joe is very clear in his communication and is also very proactive. He was always ready if we needed any kind of help. The appartment was very cosy and clean. The apparent is also very quiet. There is a supermarket 3 minutes away by foot and a delicious pizzeria in the same street. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Alghero!

Una delle poche case vacanze che ti fanno sentire a casa, l’ho prenotata per 3 settimane ad aprile ed è stata comodissima. Tornerò sicuramente!
L'appartement est conforme à la description et très bien situé ! L'hôte est très sympathique et donne de bons conseils pour les villes et endroits à visiter. Le petit plus : les bières dans le réfrigérateur pour notre arrivée 😁
We had an amazing experience at Joe's apartment! It was super clean and cozy, and Joe was an outstanding host. He welcomed us with drinks and snacks and offered help with recommendations throughout our stay. The location couldn't have been better – very central, with the Old Town just a few minutes away on foot. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is very close to all local amenities (supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, anything you need). The Old Citadel is 10 minutes walking distance (at a leisurely pace). The nearest beach is 20 minutes away, walking distance. Literally under the block of flats there is a bus stop to go to the beach. Free on street parking is available and we usually find a space within 100 meters from the front door. (no private parking)

We can give you a lift from/to the airport (10€). The airport bus costs 2-3€ per person, each way. The taxi from/to the airport costs around 20-30€ each way.
