Wow, so many great things about this place. The house is super cute kiwi bach, the beds are really comfy and have great linen with lots of spare blankets. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need. There are board games and lots to do and easy to walk to the beach. The outdoor space was really wind free and a right little sun catcher even when it was windy at the beach. Sue was a great host, recommended fun local things to do and gave lots of information on the house. The sleep out was fun for the kids, they loved having their own space (and so did we!). Would definitely recommend, our Auckland friends who joined us said it was only an hour from their place on the north shore so they were happy too.

Sue’s place was perfect for a girl’s weekend. Well equipped and set up, spotlessly clean and cosy. We chose Port Waikato due to ease of getting to from Auckland and the quietness of the town. We weren’t disappointed! Sue was a great host. Responsive, proactive and friendly. We were all super impressed, felt right at home making for a fabulous weekend.

This was our second stay at Sue's place in Port Waikato and we loved it just as much as the first time we stayed! This place is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday, just a short walk or drive to Sunset Beach which is beautiful! The house has everything you need and lots of extra thoughtful touches which make you feel at home. The new kitchen is lovely and has a dishwasher which is always a bonus! Absolutely recommend this house for your stay in Port Waikato! Thanks Sue 😊

Sue has a beautiful home in a lovely area. Very easy to deal with and always quick to respond in a friendly manner. Would recommend if you want somewhere to relax that is close to the beach.

Beautiful, private & such a peaceful lil spot for my family & furbabies. It feels so homely & its just felt like we were at home. Plenty of space for my teenage biys to play & our doggies to run. We loved Sues place. We loved sitting out front under the pergola listening to the waves. Just perfect lil place.
