Modern loft apartment, overseeing the city center of Vientiane. Equipped with necessary home amenities enough for you to feel relaxed after touring the town all day and settling in at night. Small but cozy! Suited for friends traveling and couples. Quieter residential area, about 20 minute walk from the Mekong River, but very convenient location for tourists to seek out main attractions such as Patuxay, That Dam, That Luang, Royal Palais and many more.

Had a really good time in Vientiane. the accommodation was really good and the host was perfect. communication was on point. he sent a map with very detailed recommendations. things to do, restaurants, bars etc. I would definitely recommend
Fantastic apartment in good location with everything you need and looks exactly like the photos. The building also has a huge roof terrace on the 6th floor. Lacsana and her team were very friendly and quick to respond If we contacted them about anything. We felt very well looked after. We will not hesitate to book again in the future.
Enjoyed a wonderful week in Vientiane at Lacsana and Kim’s place! Very comfortable loft equipped with everything we needed and in a great location too. Hosts were very responsive and provided detailed instructions on how to get there and how to get around Vientiane :) would definitely stay again. Thank you !

Les instructions pour y accéder sont claires et précises, les recommandations aux alentours sont excellentes, le loft en lui-même est propre et tout équipé, c’était parfait ! L’emplacement est proche des monuments, des restaurants et de l’aéroport également. Je suis pleinement satisfaite ! Merci 😃
Lacsana's place was exactly as pictured on Airbnb. It was amazingly clean and had all the amenities needed for a short term stay. The area didn't have that many restaurants near by, but a few were in a 5 minute walking distance. Lacsana herself was a great host. She kept on top of things and always responded to all communication promptly. I would recommend her rental if you're in the area.

The majority of our guests prefer to stroll around as everything is conveniently within walking distance. Many also opt to rent bicycles or catch a nearby tuktuk (taxi). Moreover, a new taxi app called Loca has gained popularity among foreigners due to its user-friendly interface. Additionally, there is a Central Bus Station located nearby (a 10-minute walk) that provides access to certain landmarks. However, it's important to note that buses are a relatively new addition to Vientiane, so they are not as frequent or reliable yet.
