The toilet is in its own room within the bathroom. Two other bathrooms with a shower and tub on the upper level. One half bathroom by the kitchen. POINTS OF INTEREST - Jordanelle Deer Valley ski lift - 10 minutes - Canyons ski area - 17 minutes - Park City Mountain ski area - 12 minutes - Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge ski area - 15 minutes - Kimball Junction - 12 minutes - Historic Main Street - 14 minutes PARKING This home offers a garage space as well as a driveway for parking. During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well. Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
Our stay at this Airbnb was a delightful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, allowing us to settle in quickly and start enjoying our vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of skiing, snowboarding & exploration. One of the highlights for us was the ample space provided, especially appreciated by our little ones who had plenty of room to crawl around and play. However, it would have been even more convenient if high chairs were available, as it would have made meal times easier for our family. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this Airbnb to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful clean home with all the amenities you could ask for. The communication with the host was incredible by responding quickly and clear instructions. This is one of my best experience with Air B &B . I highly recommend this home/host. This experience exceeded my expectations.

You are free to park five vehicles at the home. 1 may be parked in the garage and 4 may be parked outside. No street parking. It is highly recommended you bring your own vehicle.
SNOW STORMS
We live on a paved neighborhood street and plowing happens frequently during a snow-storm. However, driving up the I-80 Highway, our neighborhood, & Park City can receive 1-2 feet of snow in less than 24 hours during the winter season (November through April). This makes great snow for skiing, but if you are not prepared you will have to wait until the snow plow clears & salts the road to get to the home or leave the home if your vehicle is not capable of driving on snow during these weather events (you cannot park on the street in the winter). Therefore, we recommend snow capable drivers and vehicles. Example. 4 Wheel Drive vehicles with newer tires, All wheel drive vehicles with snow tires or backup chains for ingress / egress to the home in the case of a snow storm. We highly recommend that you check the weather for "Winter Storm Warnings" and prepare accordingly with backup food until the storm passes and the roads are cleared. High Valley Transit offers free pickups & drop offs from our home with snow-tire equipped vehicles if you want to use public transit to access the ski resorts. This service can have a surge in demand during weather events.
