Nearest supermarket is 2 mins walk. 24h large supermarket 7mins. convenience store 1 mins. MacDonald’s, conveyor belt SUSHI, RAMEN, 1 min! Many shop avairable take-away.
7 mins walk to largest park in the ward where you can see “SKY TREE” that is the world’s tallest broadcast tower. Also Stroll or jog along the riverside promenade.
You can see skyscrapers on the bay of Tokyo from there.
You can live in the cozy downtown zone, and enjoy both city and nature.

We located central of Tokyo, Chuo-ku. Here is very convenient to go anywhere for sightseeing in Tokyo!
-3 subway stations / 4 lines are around 5 min by walk from here.
1. Hibiya-line, Ningyocho station, 1 min.
2. Asakusa-line, Ningyocho station, 2 min.
3. Hanzomon-line, Suitengu-mae station, 2 min.
4. Shinjyuku-line, Hamacho station 5mins.
e.g. Go straight to Tukiji/Akiba 5 min, Asakusa/Ueno 10mins, Shinjyuku/Ginza 15mins, Shibuya 20 min, Haneda Airport 25 min, Narita Airport 55 min, without transfer by train.
-From Haneda/Narita each airport, I recommend to use "limousine bus" that is colored orange bus. Our nearest bus station is T-CAT(Tokyo City Air Terminal). It takes 5 min walk from here.
From Haneda to T-CAT takes 25 min, From Narita to T-CAT takes 55 min by bus.
The door-to-door travel time is exactly the same as train. But If you use the train, it takes longer than you thought to walk in the station for look for stairs, exit or elevator. So I recommend to take a Orange limousine bus! Easy to ride, easy to find, always get a seat! no need to stand!
Even if you have to wait for about 30 minutes depending on the bus time table, especially you are accompanied with elderly person or a small children, bus is so much better than take a train. You don't have to walk too much.
So please check and book the bus ticket first before restroom break!
There is a long queue at the staffed counter, but it's faster to use the orange colored ticket vending machine right next to it. ;)
-From JR TOKYO station, taxi 5 min. Line up at the taxi area in front of the Yaesu Central Exit. You may be surprised to find a line at the taxi area, but don't worry! Taxis come one after another, so your turn come sooner than you expected.
From JR Tokyo station By train to here, it is a little complicated, so we indicate details on our website, you can see them after booking.
-We do not recommend using a car for sightseeing in Tokyo. It takes time to find a parking spot at any tourist attraction.
Our place is only 2-3 minutes walk from each subway station, so the most convenient way to travel within Tokyo is by train.
