There were some concerns I encountered during my recent stay at this property. Firstly, the air conditioning unit in the room was dripping water, which not only caused inconvenience but also dampened the room, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the hot water was not working at all, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower. Furthermore, I observed an abundance of geckos throughout the property, including one that found its way onto a pillow, which was quite unsettling. As a guest, this detracted significantly from the overall experience. Moreover, one of the faucets in the bathroom did not receive water during my stay, despite attempts to use it. The water supply stopped working several times during my stay, requiring me to inform the property manager for assistance. Lastly, I couldn't help but notice that despite the property being listed as "luxury" and being charged accordingly, the condition did not meet the expectations.
