Nautical Nest is a stunning structure that comprises three separate units - the Boat House housing 3 bedrooms, the Court Ship housing 2 bedrooms and the Submarine which is a lounging space. The villa can host upto 14 guests for overnight stays. Property offers unparalleled service and experience. BEDROOMS Boathouse – 3 Bedrooms in Boat house, two on the ground floor and one on first floor. Court Ship – 2 Bedrooms, One on each ground floor and first floor. All the bedrooms feature a variety of amenities including a king-size bed, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, AC and an extra mattress. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms, 1 common bathroom and 1 pool washroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM – Boathouse - It is designed to comfortably seat up to 4 people. It features amenities such as an AC, heater, music system and Wi-Fi access. LIVING ROOM – Court Ship - It is designed to comfortably seat up to 6 people. It features amenities such as an AC, swing TV, heater, music system and Wi-Fi access. DINING AREA - As the home is divided in 2 units, the entire villa features 2 dining areas - part of their respective living rooms. Both dining areas can seat up to 4 people comfortably. SUBMARINE - Beside the courtship is the third unit, which is shaped like a Submarine is the perfect lounging space. As you step into the submarine, you will feel as if you are really in one, as it has motor installations. It is eloquently furnished with 2 sofa-cum-beds for sleeping arrangements, a bar area and ample other seating space. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchenettes - one in each unit. Guests can use the kitchenettes for reheating purposes only. They are equipped with all reheating essentials, water purifiers, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN - The home features well-landscaped gardens, 3200 sq. ft. in size, complete with quintessential outdoor furnishings for 12 people. POOL - The exteriors of the property feature a private swimming pool with an adjoining rainshower area. The pool is 22x12 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 11 PM. Children must always be supervised when in or around the pool JACUZZI - There is an open-to-sky jacuzzi for anyone who wants to enjoy the sun and soak in the scenery around. It is a 4-seater jacuzzi that can be accessed at no additional cost. PETS – Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to protect other guests from allergies.
