Derek and his wife were both prompt with communications, and even went out of their way to provide a scent free item for my sensitivities. They gave us an earlier check-in to help with our emergency situation. Very quiet and peacful. They were easy to work with and their home is as described. The beds were a bit firm for us, but I still give them 5 stars, as that is mostly a personal preference.

Another wonderful stay at Derek's place!! It has become a go-to for us when we are in town working. It is one of the nicest Airbnbs out there, and I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in Kingsport. Very close to everything! Great hosts as well. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay in this newly renovated Airbnb. All our needs were met and we were very comfortable during our stay. The interior design is sensational! Such a calm and peaceful vibe. The beds were comfy! There are boards games which the kids loved. I highly recommend this place! Derek was also super responsive and friendly!
