I had to prompt the host to receive confirmation of booking and check in instructions which made me a bit nervous as I didn’t receive this until the morning of check in. Apartment is centrally located with great views across to the cathedral but noisy at night due to bars etc. Furniture is modern but basic and flimsy. Coffee table about to fall apart. Window lock/handle mechanism broken making it difficult to close. However everything was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. No spare bed linen for sofa bed, so had to use duvet and pillows without covers and no sheet. Our teenager wasn’t bothered, but I would have been. This is clearly a business with multiple people acting as host. Don’t expect a personal hosting experience. It’s run more like a Travel Lodge but with less frills. Having said that it did the job for one night. Not sure I’d book again though.
