This family-friendly accommodation is close to all attractions and amenities. An 8-minute walk to the beaches, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, features a balcony offering panoramic views. Just renovated, it boasts a spacious living area comprising a lounge, dining area, and open-plan fully equipped kitchen, along with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet – featuring a double bed in each room (two queen beds and one double bed) 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite full bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). Bed sizes: 160x200cm, 160x200cm, 140x190cm.

Having stayed in Juan les Pins several times previously this was easily our best experience to date and we all loved our time here. The apartment is super modern and clean with a lovely balcony that gets the sun all day. Each room has its own en-suite which is great and the layout is perfect. The location is really quiet and private but it's just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Juan with all of the bars and restaurants nearby. Communication and check in was great and we had no issues at all. This is a really great place to stay and we'll definitely be back. Thanks so much!
Great place to have vacations and friends gathering. The house is very cleaning and comfortable. Ivan is super responsive. We had a great and enjoyable stay.
Really nice apartment close to everything in Juan les Pins, but still quiet and peaceful. Cherry and Ivan were very helpful when we had questions.
