L’appartement est plus que convenable et bon rapport qualité/prix. Il est situé dans une zone safe et il y a toujours une agent de sécurité devant l’immeuble. J’étais inquiète pour la sécurité en tant qu’étrangère européenne mais tout s’est bien passé. Alaa est une hôte très réactive et à l’écoute de n’importe quelle question.

We stayed 3 weeks in this apartment, we definitely recommend it. The flat: The building is new, so the flat is modern. It’s nicely decorated. The AC was working perfectly, the elevators were working well. It was looking nicer than the pictures. The host : Very responsive, helpful and friendly. Alaa is a nice person. checkin / check out : Flexible and very easy. The surrounding : Well located in a safe area. Very easy to commute with the Tuk-Tuk, 🛺 We think that this place was a perfect value for money.

Alaa's place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, easy check-in, easy check-out with security officers. Flat was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the shower was great (warm and cold) , the bed rooms were provided with air condition and added bonuses with the tea and coffee, all in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.
