"Oh My Stay", is a FUN staycation at a centrally-located complex. On the 5th floor facing the swimming pool & garden. With other amenities like playground, spacious lobby, 24-hour security, a covered court, & walking distance to Sm Nova mall. Like any other Airbnb unit around the globe. Please follow "Clean as you go" policy. This condominium complex is also a "Non-Smoking" facility. Smoking inside the Airbnb unit and within the compound including the parking area is not allowed. A php 2000 security deposit is required and must be settled on or before your check-in date. This amount may be used as initial payment if damages or penalties occur during the stay. Guests are required to take photos of the unit after clean-up and before check-out to release the security deposit. It is the GUESTS’ RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that the unit will stay and be left in a PROPER WORKING CONDITION. Any damages, lost items, or other penalties will be charged accordingly and WILL BE REPORTED through the AIRBNB APP.
