This charming first floor apartment boasts a beautiful light & airy living space & balcony a fully equipped kitchen & 2 beautiful bedrooms, situated a stones throw from Epping high st & its many cafes, restaurants & amenities or take a leisurely stroll through the nearby ancient forest. Conveniently located to Epping train station which takes you straight to London & it many amazing museums & attractions. 10 mins drive from M11/M25, convenient for Stansted Airport & a perfect base for exploring Relax in this beautiful, clean & comfortable first floor apartment with balcony, it has a fully equipped kitchen which allows for home cooked meals if desired or choose from the many takeaway delivery options available. The living room with tv & dvd has a calm, light cozy feeling with space to catch up with a good book on the sofa, dine at the table or emails at the desk which is situated by the patio doors to the balcony. Both bedrooms have built in cupboards, the main bedroom has a new Kingsize Hotel 2000 pocket sprung mattress with memory foam topper & the second bedroom a sofa double bed with a pocket sprung Mattresses with topper, both beds have 300 thread count Dorma duvet covers & pillow cases for an amazing nights sleep. There is a separate dedicated shower room & toilet as you enter the apartment. We are situated a stones throw away from Epping high street which has both a large Tescos, M & S and a new Waitrose Express this is situated in the Shell Garage, there are also electric vehicle charging points here. The London Underground is a short walk away with great access to Westfield Shopping Centre & Olympic Stadium.

We’ve travelled to 30+ airbnbs around the world and Shelly’s place is ranking in the top 3. It’s such a cozy and well equipped place and Shelly is an incredible host. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home away from home. The Nest is warm, well ventilated, well kept and fully loaded with beyond just the basics. This is a true Airbnb host that does this out of passion as opposed to some of the scalable business hosts you encounter some times nowadays. Highly recommended.

We stayed at The Nest to celebrate a wedding at Gaynes Park. Shelley was super helpful and the place was lovely! We had fruit, tea, coffee, biscuits etc upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Everything you need for your stay was provided and we’ll definitely stay again if we end up back in Epping.

I stayed with my mum for 3 nights. My Daughter and family live a stones throw away hence why we chose Shelley's place. I was running late due to traffic and Shelley was very accommodating with change of time to meet. All instructions/wifi etc along with a comprehensive folder of everything locally, food, takeaways, taxi's, emergency numbers, Doctors plus train/tube location were provided. Although we didn't require it, it is highly useful for anyone who doesn't know the area. Epping is a lovely village with great shops and places to eat which is why my Daughter/Son in law chose to live there. When we have dates, we are planning to stay again in August as everything about it is ideal. There was also a delightful welcoming package personalised for guests. Milk, food, tea, coffee, fruit and chocolate all provided. Shelley is a great host and I would highly recommend a stay there. x

Shelly was so helpful and we had a lovely time. It was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more! Epping is a lovely town and was just a minutes walk away with lots of nice shops and places to eat. The tube station was nearby so easy to get into London and to Stratford Shopping Centre.

We are located in a quiet residential area just off the high street of the popular market town of Epping with its abundance of cafes, boutique shops, beauty salons, top class restaurants & village pubs. Here you will also find chemists, church’s, a local butchers & several banks.
There is a new Waitrose express that has just opened in the Shell garage which has an official electric car charging point less than 2 minutes away.
Epping forest with its ancient woodlands is on your doorstep, so bring your walking shoes or wellies & enjoy the amazing wildlife and stunning forests in all its natural beauty. There are several golf courses locally for you to enjoy. Epping market runs weekly on a Monday & there is one of Europes biggest hard standing markets held at North Weald airfield every Saturday & Bank Holiday from 8 till 3.

Parking is available on the road mon - fri after 4 in the afternoon until 10 in the morning without the need for a permit, no permit needed for the weekend, we also have a parking place available on site which operates on a first come basis.
Epping underground is on the central line & is approx 7 minutes walk away. There are also good links to London City & Stansted Airports. Access to the M11 /M25 motorway is only 10 minutes away. Holly House Private hospital only 15 minutes by car.
