property is in a lovely and secure subdivision near dasmarinas, plenty of public transport within walking distance. beautiful swimming pool. plumbing, as in water pressure and heat was a bit of an issue, especially at night but it is a modern specious home in a good area and I wouldn't hesitate staying there again. communication with the owner could have been a bit better, especially in last couple of days and checking out instructions.

absolutely great place. Loved how "homey" the place felt. Very responsive host. Lots of amenities and the neighborhood is very nice.

Pros: big house for the money, 24/hour security, parking out front, peacefully area, water jug in kitchen Cons: ANTs everywhere!, only 1/2 of a toilet roll for whole house, no soap in bathrooms or body wash, the master shower hot water didn’t work and there was no water pressure, no dish drying rack in kitchen, fridge was too cold and froze all my food. While the hosts are extremely sweet and accommodating, the stay fell flat from me. From morning 1 there were ants everywhere, even after putting all food in fridge they continued on to my clothes and suit case. So bizarre and i was constantly cleaning them up and some have made it to my next place! The lack of toilet paper and soap was a bummer too, those are usually pretty standard. Also no garbage bags? Also not the listing’s faylt but it says Tagaytay is 40 min away. This is pretty rare with all of the traffic. I ended up driving back and forth to that area daily and it was like 1-1.5 hours. Luckily the guest shower was hot.
