Your family will ❤️love❤️ the perfect seafront location on Clarence Parade. Smell the sea breeze as you step outside on to Southsea Common where you will be just steps away from the beach, rich history and numerous activities that Southsea and Portsmouth has to offer. With two spacious double bedrooms and a generous living room, Southsea Escape is an ideal base for families, couples, or friends who value the convenience of being in the heart of Southsea. Free parking (on-street via permit). At the seafront, Southsea Escape is your perfect seaside getaway. With two spacious double bedrooms and a generous living room, this apartment has plenty of room for you to unwind, dine, and relax. The living room is a lovely social area that has a couple of sofas, a smart internet enabled TV as well as a dining area with table and seating. It is the perfect space for friends and families to catch up, play games or just chill. The modern fitted kitchen features the latest appliances and is well equipped making it the perfect place to whip up a delicious meal. The bathroom also includes a large bath for you to soak and relax in, with body wash, shampoo & conditioner also provided. The kitchen and bathroom are both newly installed and modern. For the little ones, we can provide a Travel Cot and a High Chair, just let us know before your stay if you require these. The property is on Clarence Parade, alongside Southsea Common and is perfectly located with excellent access to the beach and seafront, numerous interesting sites, activities and museums (see The Location/Neighbourhood section). There are also numerous independent cafes, bars and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, and convenience stores all within a short (~5 mins) walk. Free Parking is on the street. Your booking comes with permits for 1 vehicle that will give you free parking on the nearby roads around the apartment block. Due to the prime location note that parking may be busier during peak times and is available on a first-come first-served basis.

A fantastic place for our young family to explore Portsmouth from. Good access to local attractions, park opposite, nice restaurants neaby. Would stay here again and reccommend to friends.

Amazing property. So close to so many different activities. Property was clean and had all you could of needed inside. Guest guide had everything you needed from access to how to locate bin shed. Justins recommended some food spots which we did try and amazing recommendations! Definitely would recommend!!!

We stopped for a long weekend at Justin’s visiting family and whenever we came back it felt very homely. A great location and whenever we asked a question then we always had a prompt response. Would definitely recommend and book again

Myself partner and kids absolutely loved our little break. Justin’s apartment exceeded our expectations! Beautifully spacious property incredibly clean and tidy. We love cooking and the kitchen was great size and really well stocked with everything we needed. The location was just fantastic with loads to do. We will 100% be coming back again!

The best of Southsea is all just a short walkaway!
E-scooter and cycle hire is readily available across Southsea and Portsmouth. The area is well served by Taxis and busses too.
Portsmouth & Southsea and Fratton railway stations are both about a 5 min taxi/car ride away too.
Hovercraft is about 10 mins walk away if you fancied hopping over to the Isle of Wight too, as well as a couple of ferry terminals.
