when we got there we didn't know where to park as the only area infront if the building said 1hr parking. i messaged the host and didn't get a response all weekend so we ended up parking down the street. walking into the building there was garbage leading up the steps and more right infront of the door. the apartment itself wasn't the cleaned either, eoth a dirty bathroom mirror, hair on the floor and some dirty tissue by the shower. there was some hair also by the door by some shoes with a bottle cap, some garbage under the TV, and a condom wrapper under the table by the heater, thick layer of dust on the oven fan and ac unit. I just don't understand how there can be a $40 cleaning fee and the place is dirty when we arrive. To top it off leaving early the last morning there was a homeless man sleeping outside of our door INSIDE the building. talk about not feeling safe. All weekend we were wondering how this place had such high reviews when it's terrible

It was as described. Well-worth the cost and close to downtown. Fees were minimal, which is a huge plus.
