We offer 2 beautifully designed Queen rooms and a kids bunk room! Welcome to our newly renovated Freddy’s beachhouse, your ultimate oasis for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. As soon as you step inside, you will immediately feel the warm and inviting ambience of this stunning property. The first thing you will notice when you enter our beachhouse, is the beautiful architecturally designed alfresco and pool area, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. This area is styled with comfortable seating and a 6 seater bar table with luxurious stools. The pavilion area is fully equipped for outdoor cooking, we offer a 4 burner gas BBQ, Japanese kamado smoker and a gas pizza oven. We also have lots of space for preparing food and drinks, we have a double bar fridge and to top it off, a large mounted digital 65 inch TV with access to Apple TV and all of the popular streaming stations and music. This space also has a hidden laundry with a washing machine & dryer, as well as 2 commercial 70inch coastal fans to keep the area nice and breezy on hot days. But the real highlight of our beachhouse is the stunning pool and spa area. (The spa is same temperature as the pool. Not a hot tub). Whether you want to take a dip in the pristine 8 x 4 metre pool or relax in the spa, this area is the perfect place to unwind and let all your cares melt away. We have custom made resort style 3.5 metre day beds with umbrellas for the adults and 4 small sun loungers with umbrellas for the little ones. We have an outdoor shower to enjoy a refreshing shower after swimming and our pool is heated throughout winter to allow our guests to enjoy this amazing feature all year round! Inside the house you will find our modern and well equipped kitchen with large fridge and cold water dispenser. The kitchen boasts a beautiful stone island bench for casual dining and a coffee window linking the kitchen to the patio where you’ll find an eight seater teak dining table and undercover patio area. This patio area has additional seating for adults and children and it also offers a nice open space for those wanting to practice some yoga with poolside views! Our spacious open plan living room is tastefully decorated with stylish and comfortable furniture, it has a Samsung “frame” TV and space for little children to dine and play. The entire house has fully ducted air conditioning for guests comfort during hot Hervey Bay summers. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with comfortable and luxurious bedding, ensuring a restful nights sleep for everyone . The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, clothing storage and hand made block out curtains. There are bifold doors that open the master bedroom out onto the patio area with full pool views from your bed. The ensuite is well appointed with a rain shower and equipped with quality bathing products. The second Queen room has hanging space, drawers and luxury bathrobes for our guests to use. The third bedroom is our kids bunk room which has 4 king single bunks plus an extra trundle bed, making it the perfect place for the kids to play and sleep! PLEASE NOTE: Our place is only suited to a maximum of 4 adults, plus kids. The main bathroom is a tranquil place to relax and rejuvenate, we have a spacious rain shower, sleek vanity, bathtub & toilet. Quality products are provided for our guests and there is also a door leading out to the undercover area and pool, making it very convenient to use for guests when they are lounging outside and in the pool. Our house is fully gated and secure. We have a small grassy area for the children to play on and last but certainly not least, we offer an EV charger for guests to use during their stay. A Tesla Gen 3 wall connector has been installed and has been configured to allow non-Tesla EV’s to charge. It’s a type 2 plug. Our beachhouse is the only property in the Fraser coast to offer this unique feature!
