North Ridge reserve is literally in your backyard great for hiking or mountain biking. Less than an hour to the snow an hour to the coast or Canberra. We hope you love it as much as we do! 3 bedrooms, ensuite and separate bathroom, New York style laundry, Large comfy loungeroom, modern kitchen, dining area, office space and two outdoor entertainment areas one of which is under cover on balcony which is heated, large grassy area great for the kids and North Ridge reserve right in the back yard.

We had a lovely stay ,the house was very comfortable,clean and welcoming . The area was quiet and very convenient for Cooma town. We will definitely love to stay here again .

Our first time using air bnb and we had a great experience. The views from the office desk and deck are magical. Beds where comfy the heated floors where amazing in the cold. Bathrooms and laundry are both beautiful. Beautifully landscaped. Can not wait till our next snow trip.

Very quiet peaceful street off main road less than 5 minutes to main street.
free parking in personal driveway, town is walking distance if that is something you are interested in doing. Great safe and quiet street no thru road so very little traffic.
