The view of the river and the walnut orchard were absolutely spectacular. What a special location. We were lucky enough to be there while there was colour in the trees and it couldn’t have been more beautiful. A few wrinkles to iron out, but overall a very worthwhile stay. The fridge is extremely small (like a hotel minibar) and there’s no freezer, so if self-catering, plan accordingly. The outdoor bath was a big winner even in mid Autumn!

Our stay at Cortes cabin truly exceeded our expectations! The view which are able to be enjoyed from all areas of the cabin are breathtaking. We were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the beautiful Autumn colours during the day. As well as the full moon reflecting over the river at night. A lovely private and tranquil part of the world to switch off and unwind. The cabin is set up with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Ronaldo was a very responsive host. Have already recommended this stay to family and friends. Would love to come back one day!

The location offered the perfect blend of privacy and tranquility. Plus, the convenience of having kayaking just a short walk away was a bonus. Ronaldo was very friendly and did his best to ensure our stay felt right at home. Highly recommend this for anyone seeking a blissful getaway with stunning views!

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful getaway. Loved the gorgeous big window overlooking the river and the private bathtub to watch the sun set over the gorgeous farm. Perfect if you’re wanting to go off grid and find a peaceful place to relax.
