The house was a good size for the 4 of us. The photos matched the place pretty well, except there is no gym access. Apparently, that’s only for residents. We liked the back space with the dipping pool and chairs. It was nice and private. The staff at the front gate were very helpful. They made change for us and explained how to get the colectivo into Puerto Morelos. We came to Puerto Morelos for our daughter’s wedding, so we were very busy and not in the space that often. Unfortunately, a couple of nights that we were there, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The only other problem was the two bathrooms and the laundry room smelled like sewerage. It helped to open the windows in the bathroom, but you could still smell it. For the money, I was a bit disappointed.

Roberto & Diana are very kind and great hosts! Casa Morgan is a very nice and pleasant place, very well located near to many interesting spots and attractions. Communication with the hosts were great as well the recommendations provided. We also loved the community Aldea Ka’an and its amenities. We overall loved this place and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Warning: MOLD! Despite the helpfulness of the host when a gas leak was discovered and their great advice on local beaches, I cannot recommend staying here until the mold problem is fixed. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a strong mold smell. Despite informing the host multiple times, the issue was not resolved. The property is fairly new and aesthetically pleasing, but clean air should be a priority over aesthetics. Upon returning home, our unwashed clothes, makeup brushes, and even the inside of my purse smelled of mold. I hope we don't get sick. If the hosts can address this issue, it could be a good place to stay.

Tout etait bien, Roberto et Diana tres reactif aux besoins et aux messages. :) Logement tres propre! Par contre, la maison est dans un quartier en construction donc rien autour sauf la piscine. Un peu loin du village de puerto morelos avec des enfants. Taxi nécessaire

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement et le fait que nous avions accès à la piscine. Cependant, le seul petit point négatif pour nous c'est le fait que la maison est proche de l'autoroute et nous entendions beaucoup les autos. Cela dit, tout le reste était vraiment parfait. La cuisine est bien équipée, et nous avions accès à une glacière et des chaises de plage ce qui était très apprécié.
