Wake up to birdsong & relax in the tranquil garden before an exciting day exploring. Visit chateaus, kayak, hike, swim, hot air balloon, ride cycle networks & walk pretty villages all within close proximity (5mins Chenonceau & Montpoupon 20mins Beauval & Amboise). The cottage is clean & tastefully decorated & has lovely beams & features. It has the feel of a comfortable home & consists of 3 very spacious bedrooms with storage (wardrobe and chest of drawers) including 2 with double beds (160 x 200cm) and 1 with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm). The 2 double bedrooms also both have a study area with desk & chair should you wish to work. There’s a bathroom with large shower, 2 separate toilets & an open plan kitchen, diner and living room which opens directly out to the large beautiful & tranquil garden. There are velux roller shutter black out curtains for night time in the bedrooms & a roller shutter for the main kitchen/lounge/diner. The new kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (a fridge, refrigerator with 3 freezer compartments, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...). If you have a larger party than 6 & need more bedrooms we also have 4 bnb guest rooms (max 8 guests) in the main house. There’s a ground floor ensuite double room (limited mobility extra features, wetroom & bedroom) with direct access to the gîte, perfect for 2 extra guests, anyone with limited mobility needs or who doesn’t like stairs. In the main house there is an ensuite twin room, 2 double rooms & an extra large bathroom next to 1 of them.
