Charles’s apartment was absolutely amazing. Clean and very welcoming. The place is located a bit further from the city centre thus quieter and less crowded. The metro station was only six minutes walk away therefore transportation was very easy and convenient. However, I wanted to compliment not only the apartment but also Charles himself. Charles is a splendid host. Quick to respond, very thorough with the information, understanding and flexible. He made our trip much easier. I highly recomend Charles place. If the opportunity occurs, we’ll stay there again!

Very clean Airbnb! Loved the area, quiet neighborhood. The airbnb was close to many metro stations as well, perfect for going anywhere. However there were no elevators so just beware of that.

the place was perfect ! the place is small but it was still great because we were out most of the time !!!it was walkable to stores and food, host is very accommodating. great place to stay and very safe

Charles' place is fantastic - a true gem. Price is approachable in an expensive city, and while it's small, so is everything in Paris. This apartment truly has all that you need. It's easily walkable to two different metros and nicely located for getting around the city. The neighborhood is very local, quiet at night, but with a couple of great little dining destinations nearby. Loved this place and will consider staying again next time we're in the city.

We already miss the lovely apartment on Rue Hippolyte Maindron. Charles was there to greet us and even help us w our luggage. He was flexible about arrival time. The apartment was spotless and bright w many windows that opened! We could have easily spent months there.
