Fantastic stay at Links View. The house and location were stunning. Perfectly located for walking along the beach to Cromer or Sheringham. Lovely meal in the local pub. The house had everything we needed and was well maintained. Nice enclosed garden for the dogs.

Beautiful house with great amenities. Lots of space for a great family get together and lots of toys for the kids too. Beach and local activities were great and so close by it made everything simple and easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend this beautiful place to others.

Where to start? Fiona is a wonderful host with an amazing house. The minute we stepped in the door of Links View it felt like home (not just a holiday home). The decor is tasteful, its clean and homely. So many nice touches - games for the children to play with, BBQ in the garden, portable BBQ for the beach, a Wii for the children to play on. The beds are super comfortable with high quality bed linen, a stylish interior but retaining all the gorgeous old features. Modern bathrooms (just as pictured) and everything you could want in a kitchen. Location wise the house is great. So convenient for eateries and beaches. Fiona provided us with so many recommendations for places to visit. It just made the trip so easy and stress free. Fiona has been a wonderful host. A fantastic proactive communicator. It is clear she wants everyone to have the very best time and we certainly did. There was 7 of us - family of 4 plus grandparents and it has been the best! We will be back!

Links View was one of the very best houses we have stayed in. It is spacious, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. All the furniture, fixtures and equipment was very high quality and we appreciated that the kitchen had so much crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans etc etc. That meant that we could feel as if we were at home and enjoy the environment very much indeed. There is a great deal to do in the local area. A lovely beach (plus cafe & lavatories) is only 10 minutes walk away, we could also walk to four different places to enjoy really good food and drink, and the Shire Horse centre was a great hit with the 2 year old member of our family. Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall are both very nearby and were great places to visit, as was Blakeney - a few miles up the coast. We also enjoyed strolling round Cromer and Sheringham. Fiona was a fabulous host: a wonderfully efficient and helpful communicator who has a super house in an outstanding location

We had such a lovely holiday at West Runton. The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for us all (4 adults and two children aged 6 and 4 and a dog). The beds were very comfy and the house is well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday at the seaside (there are beach toys etc on the shed that you can borrow which the children loved) The location is perfect as it is within walking distance of the beach. The beach is stunning and you can walk to Sheringham or Cromer if the tide is out and get the train back. It was so nice not having to drive everywhere. We enjoyed eating out at the Dormy next door, the Village Inn which has a big garden with a sandpit for the children. We had takeaways from the Thai restaurant and got food from the village shop so we could eat in the house too. We went to Hillside sanctuary which is a short walk, we also went to Amazona zoo which was a 7 min drive and hired a boat on the broads which was great. We can't wait to stay again.
