Located just down the street from the Expo Center, Cherry Street, Utica Square, and downtown, this house has something for everyone; stylish furniture and decor, a spa like master suite, a large backyard with a propane fire pit, grill, & dining area. Spend your day exploring everything Tulsa has to offer and then enjoy an evening with friends or family playing pool or catch the game on tv in the bonus room. This is a true vacation home! All 3 bedrooms have smart TVs to watch your subscription-based streaming apps in addition to the living room and bonus room Smart tvs. The 2-car garage is available for guest use, but please be aware it only has a 5-foot clearance so mid-large size vehicles will not fit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything your could need. The house is family-friendly and has baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs leading down to the basement/bonus room as well as a pack play and high chair. This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet. Please be sure to add your pet count in the reservation. Guests have the entire home to themselves.
