This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The Olympic Training Center and University Hospital are just right around the corner. It is truly Central to everything! The unit and yard have a great view of Pikes Peak and the mountain range. This 1952 duplex will not disappoint . Everything in the unit has been carefully selected to give you and exceptional experience. I am a Colorado native and your accommodations and vacation are a top priority for me. This 1952 home has endless unique charm. At some point it was converted into a duplex and I live in the top unit and run the bottom unit for guests. Everything is separate with a separate entrance and private yard. This unit has amazing views of the mountain range and is central to everything!

Staying at Amy’s was a good experience, I found it quiet and peaceful. Everything was as described and I was able to use a walker and a wheelchair there without problems. Amy was very helpful when we had any problem.
The place was really nice and was in a great location, close to downtown and Old Colorado City. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and overall a great living space. We really enjoyed the place and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth.
