Thanks Alan for a wonderful stay. We were a number of families who gathered for a sporting event in Penrith. House was in a lovely leafy location and very clean. Weather was warm and so we enjoyed the outdoor space. Area was nice and quiet and perfect for families.
A comfortable place with plenty of space. Great sized kitchen with everything you need to cook for a family. It was nice to have a pool and having access to a washer and dryer was so helpful for us. Alan is a proactive, friendly host and made us feel like we could reach out at any time. But everything was great, so we didn't need to. With 2 adults and 4 teenage kids, we had plenty of space and were well looked after.

Place was great, spacious and as described. Some guests felt strange about the cameras, and having someone turn up to clean the pool during the day (I had not checked my emails that day so was not aware until someone was in the backyard - though later realised Alan had sent me an email prior). Overall we had a great stay.
Had a great stay with two other couples and our children. The pool was a big hit with the kids and having aircon throughout was a relief as it was a particularly hot weekend. We had brought everything we needed to self-cater and spent the whole weekend by the pool, it's a nice quiet location and a short walk over the field to the kids playground. Alan was responsive and kindly gave us an 11am check out. Overall, I would recommend!
Glenmore Park is a "Nice, clean, safe and green" suburb and very well-maintained houses and yards. Close to the river and mountains. A nice clean town centre with a fairly diverse choice of supermarkets. Close to Jamisontown with a homemaker centre and also Penrith Westfields.
The main roads in/out are windy. It was designed to prevent a lot of outside traffic or people using it to bypass main roads. It works both ways as you don’t have a lot of people driving through, which adds to the community feel. If you are in the town centre you probably live there.
Blue Mountain, Nepean River, National Parks, Nature Reserves, Lakes, Parks and Golf courses surround this beautiful house.
