Me and my family booked for 2 weeks, Ines’s was very helpful and responsive every time I had a question, the location was amazing 2 minute walk into the mall, the property was lovely and clean, we come to Dubai frequently and would 100% stay again. The property feels very homely which is exactly what we wanted. The pool area is lovely and quiet I couldn’t recommend this property enough! Great service thank you.

WARNING! I'm an Airbnb road warrior, so I know what to reasonably expect. This host performed the absolute worst I've ever experienced. They are very cheap and provide the lowest of low standards of quality and customer service, and they lied to me many times with false promises and miscommunication. The AC unit was poorly maintained so had large amounts of mold and mildew visible, plus a nasty smell. They host only sent a cleaner to wipe down and not service the AC unit. There was no shower curtain. The pots and pans were totally disgusting. The rooms did not have light fixtures, they has a lightbulb hanging from an electric wire. Balcony windows were filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged. One of the gas stove burners was broken and spewing gas in a dangerous manner. The sofa was very dirty and had stains throughout. This apartment building is a luxury complex, but this unit was more like ghetto low life in a bad neighborhood. Highly recommend to not rent here nor with this provider.
