Villa Gufo is a brand new Boutique House equipped with every comfort and luxury. Here you have a unique panoramic view over the Itria valley. Our villa is located in the middle of nature, close to the coast and only 7 km from Ostuni center. Our B&B Suites are cosily furnished with their own private bathroom and have direct access to a kitchen, lounge and terrace (shared). The room price also includes a delicious breakfast with fresh local products. SUITE IN VILLA GUFO Our villa is built on two floors, the suite is located on the ground floor. This suite is ideal for 2 people and has a cozy bedroom with private bathroom. You also have access to our other facilities (kitchen, lounge, dining area, panoramic terrace). The suite has a luxurious double bed that can also be made up as two single beds. Our mattresses, toppers, duvets and pillows are of very high quality and allergy friendly, bed linen is included. BATHROOM The bedroom has its own private bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink, towels, hairdryer and luxurious unisex products from Marie-Stella-Maris: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. All body products are free from (water) polluting microplastics, SLS, SLES, parabens, silicones and petrochemical ingredients. Not only better for the skin, but also for the environment! COOKING & EATING Our refrigerators are always stocked with delicious drinks (water, soft drinks, wine, beer, prosecco,...) which are offered at a friendly price. A delicious breakfast buffet with fresh ingredients from the region is included in the room rate. At 400m you have a cozy traditional restaurant with a large terrace: Il Trullo dell'Angelo. Ostuni, Casalini and Cisternino are also easily accessible by car where there are many dining options. Would you like to prepare something yourself? In our fully equipped kitchen (shared with other guests) you will find everything you need: large gas stove with Smeg oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, cups, tea and coffee maker, etc. PANORAMIC TERRACE On the top floor you will find a large terrace with unique panoramic views over the Itria valley. It is wonderful to stay here, the ideal place to wake up in the morning with a coffee or enjoy the sunset with a drink in the evening. There is a large table with chairs, sunbeds and bar stools. SWIMMING Villa Gufo has its own private swimming pool with every luxury. All around you will find a lovely sun terrace with large sunbeds, parasols and there is also a pergola with an outdoor kitchen. Pool towels are included. PRACTICAL WiFi (Starlink) is provided throughout the villa and is free. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which can be used on request and for a fee. Parking on our property is free, the cars are fenced and secured on our property, access via an automatic gate. There is room for 6 cars. GOOD TO KNOW Would you like to stay with a larger group?
