Location was easy to find and appeared to be in a good quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy as well as check out. Home looked clean from the inside and out. Our family enjoyed the open space within the home. The kids loved the pool, plenty of space in the backyard. Ken was very helpful throughout our stay. Appreciated the easy check out, not much was required to do before leaving. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

Ken's place was more beautiful than pictured. We walked in and it looked and smelled clean. This is the perfect space for a family. We were all able to lounge on the huge couch in the living room and spend time together, and when done, we all went to our bedrooms with comfortable beds, and tvs in each room. The adjustable bed was amazing. The home is stocked with everything you could need. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly. It is close to stores and restaurants, and in an area where you can get anything delivered. It wasn't warm enough for the pool but we wish it was because it was so clean and the backyard is so inviting. We absolutely loved our stay so when Ken gave us the option to extend, we didn't think twice. We would definitely stay again. Wonderful home and wonderful host. Thanks, Ken!

We stayed here to view the total solar eclipse and it was PERFECT! Old Settlers Park was just a block away and afforded us an easy way to avoid the traffic and simply walk to abundant wildflower fields to view the eclipse. The house itself was ultra comfortable and we felt perfectly at home the whole time. We loved the huge sectional couch and TV for late-night Netflix binging. The kitchen was well equipped for us to grill up a delicious steak dinner one of the nights. All in all a 10 out of 10!

Ken was a fantastic host. We had some minor problems with the home entry system, but Ken was quickly responsive and took care of the issues right away. The space was lovely and met all of our expectations. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here the next time we come to visit!
