Myself and my partner have just enjoyed a 4 night stay at Matthew’s place. The house is exactly as described and more than comfortable for the two of us. The location is great, as it’s super quiet and set back from the road but only 10 minutes to the tube station (Southfields on the district line) so you can quickly get into central London. Southfields itself has lots of amenities with a Gail’s bakery, local supermarkets, pubs and gift shops. Perfect for exploring south west London also with a bus stop 2 minutes from the property that can get you to Richmond in 30 minutes. My partner works from home so made use of the fast Wifi. Only slightly downside we’d say is the sofa bed doesn’t make the comfiest sofa, but they rarely do! We didn’t use it as a bed, as there was just the 2 of us, so it’s probably more appropriate for sleeping. Overall great stay and would come back.

Our stay was pleasant, with the location being excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the tube station and about half an hour from the city. The house was clean and met all our expectations. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely week long stay at Matthew’s place in Southfields, with my wife and baby daughter. Matthew and Grace were very accommodating, including sorting a cot for my daughter. Simple place and has everything you need.

Logement propre et très mignon à quelques minutes du centre de Londres en métro. Matthew a été très réactif et sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un nouveau séjour à Londres.
