Located in the heart of downtown Raleigh, it is a short walk to great restaurants, bars, museums, music halls, and much more! Our home is ideal for hosting families, traveling nurses, business travelers, couples, and all others! There is a backyard deck with a grill in a private, fenced in yard. There is also a gazebo with a swinging bench to enjoy. The primary bedroom has a Samsung Frame Smart TV and Queen size bed. The kitchen has a Keurig and French press for individual coffees. Take a sip of your freshly brewed coffee on the front screened in porch. There is also plenty of cookware and a gas stove to cook a meal. GENERAL Free WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, washer/dryer, linens/towels, extra blankets and pillows, central A/C & heating, complimentary toiletries, Tesla charger (220 volts). SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS This is a 3-bedroom, one-story home. All bedrooms have comfy Queen size beds. To the right of the living room there’s an office space that has a Queen size bed, small desk, fireplace, and bookshelves. This is the 3rd bedroom which can be closed off with glass French doors and curtains for privacy. PARKING There is space for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway which includes a carport and Tesla charger. If more parking is needed, there is also free street parking.
